We do offer extra amenities in our office to make your visit a little more enjoyable and comfortable. We realize your time is important to you and we want you to know your time will be well spent completing your treatment or just visiting for your 6 month cleaning and oral cancer screening check. We will be providing you with a very plush fleece neck pillows for every room that can be warmed or cooled to your comfort and begin to release the tension of the daily grind.

Appointments

If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by phone or email. We offer sameday emergency appointments when you call before 10:00am. If you are scheduling a New Patient appointment, please allow approximately 1 1/2 to 2 hours for your first visit. 

Financial

We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, any major credit card and Care Credit.

Cancellation

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
