Our office accepts cash, personal checks, and all major credit cards for services rendered. We do not finance any dental work ourselves. For those patients who require a little extra time to pay for services, we do offer Care Credit, which is an excellent plan for treatments ranging from $300 - $25,000, and will cover all dental procedures including cosmetic dentistry. Care credit offers you 3,6, and 12 month no intrest payment plans, as well as 24,36, and 48 month extended payment plans. Rates are fixed and low, no down payment is required, no annual fees, no prepayment penalties, and it's confidential. Regarding insurance, we may accept assignment of insurance benefits. This applies to your primary insurance ONLY. We require that all deductibles, copays, an/or any estimated portion of the bill that the primary insurance carrier does not cover, be paid AT TIME OF SERVICE! The balance is your responsibility whether your insurance company pays or not.
